Discharge of Condition No. 12 of application LA08/2024/0528/F. Condition No. 12 states: "No development shall take place until a drainage network plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council, in consultation with NI Water with the drainage network plan demonstrating how any out of sewer flooding, emanating from the surface water drainage network, will be safely managed so as not to create a flood risk to the development or from the development to elsewhere."
