Proposed discharge of Condition 16 of approval reference LA08/2024/1104/F (residential development of 35 dwellings), which reads: No development should take place on-site until the final details of the method of sewage disposal has been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council. Any mitigation measures contained therein shall be implemented prior to the commencement of the development herby permitted, or in accordance with a programme to be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council. Reason: to ensure protection of the aquatic environment and to help the applicant avoid incurring unnecessary expense before it can be ascertained that a feasible method of sewage disposal is available.
