Description

Discharge Condition 3 and Condition 4 of planning approval reference LA08/2024/0246/F. Condition 3 reads: No development or works shall take place including any earth removal, works to create foundations, or other works required to implement the development until a Construction Method Statement has been submitted to and been approved in writing by the Council. The approved Construction Method Statement shall be complied with thereafter. The Construction Method Statement shall provide for: o Timetable of proposed construction works detailing the works to be undertaken o Hours of operation for proposed construction works and any activities associated with construction works including relevant deliveries o Arrangements for controlling and mitigating any dust o Parking of vehicle of site operatives and visitors o Routes for construction traffic o Pedestrian and cyclist protection o Arrangements for turning vehicles o Arrangements for storage of construction materials and equipment Reason: To safeguard the living conditions, safety, and health of residents in adjoining and nearby properties. Condition 4 reads: No development or works shall take place including any earth removal, works to create foundations, or other works required to implement the development until a Construction Noise Management Plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The Noise Management Plan shall take account of BS 5228–1:2009+A1:2014 (or any amendments to the same). The approved Construction Noise Management Plan shall be complied with thereafter.
