Description

Discharge of Condition No. 3 of LA08/2024/1023/F which states: No development shall take place, including the construction of the drainage network, until a final Drainage Assessment, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The final Drainage Assessment shall demonstrate the safe management of any out of sewer flooding emanating from the surface water drainage network, in a 1 in 100 year storm event with an additional allowance for climate change (20%) and urban creep / expansion (10%). The final Drainage Assessment shall thereafter be implemented in accordance with the approved details.
