Description

Proposed Discharge of conditions 6 & 14 of planning approval LA08/2022/1145/F. Condition 6 states: The construction of the development approved herein shall not commence until a final hard and soft landscape and open space management and maintenance plan has been submitted to and approved by the Council in writing. The plan shall set out the period of the plan, long term objectives, management responsibilities, performance measures and maintenance schedules of all areas of landscaping and open space. It shall also set out details of the arrangements that will be put in place for the future management and maintenance in perpetuity of these areas, including details of the legal agreement, between the prospective residents and Management Company, which are to be put in place as per policy OS 2 of PPS 8. The landscape and open space management plan shall be carried out as approved. Reason: To ensure successful establishment and ongoing management and maintenance (in perpetuity) of the open space and amenity areas in the interests of visual and residential amenity. Conditions 14 states: Prior to the commencement of any of the approved development on site, a final drainage assessment, containing a detailed drainage network design and compliant with Annex D of PPS 15 shall be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority in writing. Reason: To safeguard against flood risk to the development and elsewhere.
