Description

Discharge of Condition No. 6 of LA08/2023/1841/F which states: Prior to the commencement of development, a final drainage assessment, compliant with Annex D of PPS 15 and containing a detailed drainage network design shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for its consideration and approval in writing. The drainage network shall be implemented in accordance with these plans prior to the operation of the proposed development and shall be permanently maintained in this state thereafter.
