Description

Discharge of Condition 2 of Planning Approval LA08/2021/0548/F - Where replacement windows are deemed necessary, a prototype of each different window shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the council prior to installation and shall therefore be permanently retained. Reason: To ensure new work is appropriate and that special regard is paid to protecting the special architectural and historic interest and integrity of the building under Section 80 of The Planning Act (NI) 2011.
