Alteration to development approved under applications ref.LA08/2023/2585/F, LA08/2024/1499/F and LA08/2023/2586/LBC including the following as discussed with HED prior to application: • Vertical timber cladding to rear elevation of extension changed to painted render to match existing house. • Less redecoration work being done in the house and automatic door now being retained • New internal glazed screens reduced in size in new corridor stud wall in house front office area. • Staff external seating area and one external consultation area and associated furniture removed from proposal. Kerb line minor adjustment to suit. • Retention of proposed resin bound gravel finish to front and side paths to existing house but retention of existing bitmac type finish to rear of house. • Removal of proposed concrete flags along rear of extension and replacement with compacted hoggin type finish. • Removal of some planting but retention of ivy planted green wall and hedges to front of extension and house, and planting of new trees as was previously proposed. • Retention of bitmac type access road to car park but change to surface of car park and associated access roads within car park to gravel type finish with pinned logs to delineate parking spaces. • ASHP and raised enclosing wall height indicated as per approved application LA08/2024/1499/F.
