Discharge of condition number 9 of planning application: LA08/2023/2859/F: Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit a Final Drainage Assessment, compliant with FLD 3 & Annex D of PPS 15, to be agreed in writing with the Council which demonstrates the safe management of any flooding emanating from the surface water drainage network, in a 1 in 100-year event with an additional allowance for climate change. Reason: To safeguard against flood risk to the development and from the development to elsewhere.
