Description

Discharge of Condition No.09 of LA08/2024/0448/F: “Prior to commencement of the development hereby approved, the applicant shall submit a final Drainage Assessment, compliant with Policy FLD 3 and Annex D of PPS 15, to be agreed with the Council in writing. The approved drainage system shall be installed and any mitigation measures contained therein shall be implemented prior to the occupation of any part of the development. Reason: To safeguard against flood risk to the development and from the development to elsewhere.
