No works shall commence until written confirmation that NI Water is content the development hereby approved will not affect the watermain has been submitted to and approved in writing by Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council planning office. Reason: To prevent disturbance/damage to existing watermains and in the interest of public safety.
