Description

Discharge of condition 23 from planning approval ref: LA08/2021/1254/F: Prior to the construction of the drainage network, the applicant shall submit a Drainage Assessment, compliant with FLD 3 and Annex D of PPS 15, to be agreed in writing by the Council which demonstrates the safe management of any out of sewer flooding emanating from the surface water drainage network, in a 1 in 100 year event with an additional allowance for climate change (10%) and urban creep (10%). Reason: To safeguard against flood risk to the development and from the development to elsewhere.
