Discharge of condition no.7 of planning application ref: LA08/2021/1415/F, which states: 7. Prior to occupation of the proposed apartments, the apartments shall be fitted with acoustic glazing windows with laminated insulating glass units and sound attenuating trickle ventilators, capable of achieving a sound reduction of at least 40dB Rw. These windows will need to be capable of being openable for rapid or purge ventilation. Reason: To protect the amenity of proposed residential receptors.
