Condition No. 10 states "A Final Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council once a contractor has been appointed, prior to the commencement of any works herein granted, and shall be implemented in accordance with the timescale and details set out therein. The Final CEMP shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details and all works on site shall conform to the approved Final CEMP."
