Discharge of Condition No. 1 of Planning Appeal Determination ref.2022A0004 for Planning Application ref. LA08/2021/0758/F which states: No development of any kind shall be undertaken until a remediation and restoration report for the walled garden has been submitted and agreed in writing by the planning authority.
