Replacement office buildings - A Section 54 application to amend Conditions 2 and 7 of LA08/2023/3029/F Condition 2 No development shall commence until the temporary car park as granted under LA08/2024/0765/F is complete and operational, Amended to as granted under LA08/2025/0076/F Condition 7 Within 12 months following the operation of the offices hereby approved, the hard surfaced areas are to be constructed and permanently marked in accordance with the approved drawing No 03 Rev A to provide adequate facilities for parking, servicing and circulating within the site. During construction phase of the proposed development hereby approved, the temporary car park as granted under LA08/2024/0765/F is to be used as a temporary parking area.
