Description

Proposed Discharge of Condition 7 of Planning Approval LA08/2024/0354/F. Condition 7 states: Prior to commencement of operations hereby permitted, the applicant shall submit to the Council for agreement in writing a Transport Management Plan and shall operate in accordance with that Plan. That Plan shall be in broad conformity with the Transport Management Plan as approved under LA08/2019/1660/F. The bus route between the Park and Ride facility, and the tourist visitor studio shall be as approved in the final Transport Management Plan. Reason: To ensure that the most appropriate route is utilised by bus traffic serving the site.
