Discharge of Condition No’s 14 and 15 of LA08/2024/0908/S54 - Section 54 application to amend Condition No. 21 of approved Application No: LA08/2023/2036/F (extension to retail unit, relocation of hot food unit and pedestrian link to Ardery's Lane) to allow for the sale of alcoholic beverages which read - Condition 14: Prior to the pedestrian link hereby approved becoming operational a 2m high close boarded fence shall be erected along the shared boundary with number 6 Ardery's Lane. Details of the fencing and it's location shall be submitted to the Council for agreement in writing prior to the pedestrian link becoming operational. Condition 15. Prior to the pedestrian link hereby approved becoming operational details of the height, location and scope of vision of the proposed CCTV cameras shall be submitted to the Council for agreement in writing.
