Details of the fencing and it's location shall be submitted to the Council for agreement in writing prior to the pedestrian link becoming operational. Condition 15. Prior to the pedestrian link hereby approved becoming operational details of the height, location and scope of vision of the proposed CCTV cameras shall be submitted to the Council for agreement in writing.
