Description

Proposed discharge of conditions 9 & 18 of Planning Approval LA08/2018/1445/F Condition 9 states: All drainage and sewerage systems shall be provided as designed, detailed and specified in the Environmental Statement and as shown on drawing Number 28B date stamped as received on 5th October 2020. The works to provide the said systems shall be carried out prior to the operation of the development herby permitted. The drainage and sewage systems shall thereafter be maintained in perpetuity. Reason: In order to protect adjacent properties and infrastructure from additional flood risk caused by the development. Condition 18 states: The Private Streets (Northern Ireland) Order 1980 as amended by the Private Streets (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1992. Prior to opening of the school hereby approved, the works necessary for the improvement of a public road (road widening, footway provision, junction upgrade, provision of lay-bys, alteration of existing traffic calming and provision of Puffin Crossings) shall be completed in accordance with the details outlined blue on Drawing No. 18C, 19C, 20C, 21C & 22C date stamped as received 5th October 2020. The Council hereby attaches to the determination a requirement under Article 3(4A) of the above Order that such works shall be carried out in accordance with an agreement under Article 3 (4C). Reason: To ensure that the road works considered necessary to provide a proper, safe and convenient means of access to the development are carried out.
