Description

Discharge of condition 8 of LA08/2023/2261/RM which states: After completing any remediation works required and prior to occupation of the development, a verification report shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. This report shall be completed by competent persons in accordance with the Land Contamination: Risk Management (LCRM) guidance. The verification report shall present all the remediation and monitoring works undertaken and demonstrate the effectiveness of the works in managing all the risks and achieving the remedial objectives, of planning Approval granted under LA08/2023/2261/RM
