Section 54 application to vary condition 2 of planning approval ref: LA08/2024/0128/F ('Demolition of existing clubhouse, changing rooms and equipment store and erection of community sports facilities: Building A – community facility with solar panels, meeting rooms, disabled facilities, café / bar area and function room. Building B – changing rooms. Building C – indoor multisport training and practice facility. Proposed car park supported by existing ancillary parking and including all associated site works’). Condition 2 states: The construction of the buildings hereby permitted, including the clearing of topsoil, shall not commence until the existing buildings, coloured green on drawing number 01B are demolished and all rubble and foundations have been removed.
