Description

Discharge of Conditon 7 of LA08/2024/0816/F which reads: No development activity, including ground preparation or vegetation clearance, shall take place until a Protected Species Management Plan for badgers has been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority. The approved PSMP shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details an all works on site shall conform to the approved PSMP, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the planning authority. Reason: To mitigate for impacts on badgers using the site and surrounding area.
