Discharge of Condition No 29 of LA08/2021/0727/F (Proposed Petrol Filling Station (8no. pumps) including ancillary retail, storage, cafe, hot food deli, with underground storage tanks, canopy, totem pole, vent pipes and air/water/vacuum station. Erection of a separate 2 No unit building for hot food takeaway and sit in restaurant; car parking, lighting, fencing, landscaping, access from Kiln Lane, private underground pumping station and all associated site works.) which reads - No development shall take place until final details of the 4 lighting columns have been submitted to and approved in writing by the council.
