Discharge of condition Nos. 2 and 3 of LA08/2018/0854/F – 2. No development shall take place until details of the means of ventilation for the extraction and dispersal of cooking smells/fumes, including details of its method of construction, odour control measures, noise levels, its appearance and finish have been submitted to and been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be installed before the use hereby permitted commences and thereafter shall be permanently retained. The applicant is advised to refer to informative 1 for full Environmental Health comments. Reason: To protect the sensitive receptors. 3. The flue outlet shall terminate in the most effective position to avoid adverse impact on neighbouring properties, and in any case shall be at least 1m above the highest eaves level. Reason: To protect the sensitive receptors from noise impact.
