Description

Discharge of condition 3 of LA08/2023/3029/F - The development hereby permitted shall not commence until either suitably informed risk assessments produced in accordance with LCRM guidance and/or a detailed remediation strategy for the underground fuel storage tank(s) and fuel dispensing infrastructure has been provided. The remediation strategy must be in line with current Guidance for Pollution prevention (GPP 2 and GPP 27) and the Pollution Prevention Guidance (PPG27). This strategy must be submitted in writing and agreed with the Planning Authority and should identify all the remedial objectives/criteria and the measures which are proposed to mitigate them (including maps/plans showing the remediation design, implementation plan detailing timetable of works, remedial criteria, monitoring program, etc). Reason: Protection of environmental receptors and human health to ensure the site is suitable for use.
