Condition 22 states: Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, a final drainage assessment, containing a detailed drainage network design including a demonstration of how out of sewer flooding will be safely managed shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council and any mitigation measures contained therein shall be implemented prior to the occupation of any part of the development. Reason: In order to safeguard against surface water flood risk to the development and manage and mitigate any increase in surface water flood risk from the development to elsewhere.
