Condition No. 5 states: "A final play equipment maintenance plan shall be submitted in writing and approved by the Council prior to the construction of the 73rd No. dwelling herein granted and shall be implemented in accordance with details set out therein. This shall include as a minimum the design details, operation, installation, maintenance and inspection arrangements. The final play equipment maintenance plan shall be in broad conformity with the principles set out in the Landscape Management Plan.
