Description

Discharge of condition 24 of planning approval ref: LA08/2020/1568/F, which reads: No works or development shall commence on site, including site clearance and site preparation, until a Construction Management Plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The Construction Management Plan shall include measures to control noise, dust, vibration and other nuisance and hours of construction work during the demolition/construction phase. No works, development, demolition, site clearance or site preparation shall be carried out unless in accordance with the approved Construction Management Plan. Reason: To safeguard the amenities of the area.
