Discharge of Condition number 9 of LA08/2022/0923/F Summary of condition requirements: The open space, amenity areas, hard and soft landscaping works as indicated on the stamped approved Drawing Number 20-111-LS01 Rev F shall be managed and maintained in accordance with the Landscape Management Plan. These details shall also be included in a legal agreement, between the prospective residents and Management Company, and details of that legal agreement shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council within 3 months of the date of this decision. Any changes or alterations to the approved landscape management arrangements shall be submitted
