Discharge of Condition 8, 14 & 17 of LA08/2019/0154/F Condition: 8 Summary of condition requirements: Prior to the occupation of the development, a Noise Schedule with an inventory of all noisy plant, a plan indicating the design and location of all noisy plant and details of the cumulative noise impact of all items of plant shall be submitted to and agreed by the council.
