Discharge of conditions 3 & 4 of LA08/2023/3106/F: 3. The existing trees and hedging along the boundaries of the site, as indicated for retention on Drawing No. 02A, shall be permanently retained intact and no lopping, topping felling or removal shall be carried out without the prior written approval of the Council. Reason: To ensure the development integrates into the countryside and to ensure the maintenance of screening to the site. 4. If any retained hedgerow or shrub, is uprooted or destroyed or dies within 5 years from the date of completion of the development, it shall be replaced within the next planting season with others of a similar size and species unless the Council gives written consent to any variation.
