Description

Discharge of Condition Nos. 2 and 3 of LA08/2023/2585/F which states: No development shall take place until the method of sewage disposal has been submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council and any mitigation measures are carried out prior to the occupation of the development. No development shall take place until a Detailed Method Statement for the following works or activities been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council in conjunction with HED. (i) Construction of new foundation structures including means of supporting and protecting the retained structures and fabric; The works and activities shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved Detailed Method Statement.
