Discharge of condition 8 of permission LA08/2022/0499/RM which states: 'No development shall commence until a suitable dedicated surface water solution has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The works to provide the said systems shall be carried out prior to the commencement of the development herby permitted, or in accordance with a programme to be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council. Reason: To ensure a practical solution for the delivery of a public water supply.'
