Description

Discharge of Condition No.8 of permission LA08/2019/0789/F which states that: A final Construction Method Statement (CMS) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council prior to the commencement of any works herein granted, and shall be implemented in accordance with the timescale and details set out therein. The CMS shall reflect and detail all environmental mitigation measures to be put in place to protect the adjacent Tirsoque Drain from polluting discharges during construction phase. Reason: To prevent any polluting discharges produced at construction phase from entering the adjacent Tirsoque Drain which could cause adverse impacts to connected European Sites.
