Description
Discharge of conditions 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7 of Planning approval LA08/2024/0016/F which reads; 2. All new external and internal works and finishes and works of making good to the retained fabric, shall match the existing original work adjacent in respect of methods, detailed execution and finished appearance unless otherwise approved in writing by the Council. Detailed finishes schedules and samples are required for the written approval of the Council on any changes proposed. Reason - To ensure that the materials used are of appropriate quality in the interests of maintaining the character and appearance of the listed building. 3. New plaster shall be lime based with no cement-based additives and shall be finished with limewash or mineral based vapour-permeable paints. The final paint specification shall be submitted and agreed in writing by the Council. Reason - To ensure that the materials used are of appropriate quality in the interests of maintaining the character and appearance of the listed building. 5. Prior to the commencement of works detailed shop drawings of the proposed double-glazed door shall be submitted and agreed in writing by the Council. The works shall thereafter be carried out solely in accordance with the approved details. Reason - To ensure that the materials used are of appropriate quality in the interests of maintaining the character and appearance of the listed building. 6. Prior to the commencement of any external works, detailed drawings showing all proposed finishes, fixings and levels of the glazed decking, stone kerbs and railings, shall be submitted and agreed in writing by the Council. The works shall thereafter be carried out solely in accordance with the approved details. Reason - To ensure that the materials used are of appropriate quality in the interests of maintaining the character and appearance of the listed building and its setting. 7. Prior to the commencement of any external works a detailed drawing showing the proposed canopy fixing details into the stone facade, frame and fascia materials, fabric type, and dimensions shall be submitted and agreed in writing by the Council. All fixings to the existing stonework shall be specified as non-expanding and non-ferrous to prevent corrosion, damage and staining. The works shall thereafter be carried out solely in accordance with the approved details. Reason - To ensure that the materials used are of appropriate quality in the interests of maintaining the character and appearance of the listed building and its setting.
