Discharge of condition no.2 of application ref.LA08/2023/1807/F which reads: There shall be no site clearance or development activity within 25 metres of badger sett A, as shown on the badger survey map within the Biodiversity Checklist, until written evidence has been provided to the Planning Authority that badgers have been excluded and the setts have been closed under the terms of a licence issued by the Northern Ireland Environment Agency and the Planning Authority have confirmed in writing that they are content with the evidence provided.
