Description

Discharge of condition nos.4 & 5 of application ref.LA08/2023/2585/F which read: No development activity, (including ground preparation or vegetation clearance), shall take place on site until a NIEA Wildlife Licence has been obtained and evidence of same has been provided to and approved by the Council. No development activity, (including ground preparation or vegetation clearance), shall commence on site until a final details of the fencing for the protection of any retained tree has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council.
