Description

Proposed discharge of Condition No. 17 of LA08/2019/1133/F which states: "A final Drainage Assessment shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council prior to the commencement of any works on site and any mitigation measures contained therein shall be implemented prior to the occupation of any part of the development hereby approved. Reason: To ensure adequate measures will be put in place so as to effectively mitigate against any flood.”
