Description

Proposed Discharge of condition number 10 of LA08/2022/0892/RM Condition 10 states: No development activity, including ground preparation or vegetation clearance, shall take place until a Badger Mitigation Plan (BMP) has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The approved BMP shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details and all works on site shall conform to the approved BMP, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council. The BMP shall include the following: a) Details of updated surveys for badgers. b) Provision of 25m buffers from all development activity to all retained badger setts or alternate mitigation. c) Details of appropriate fencing to protect badgers and their setts. Reason: To protect badgers and their setts.
