Description

Discharge of condition 4 of LA08/2023/2417/LBC which reads: Prior to commencement of structural alterations, a method statement shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Council demonstrating how the proposed structural works will be undertaken, and outlining how the listed building will be protected, during construction (including foundations) and demolition work. The work shall be carried out fully in accordance with the details approved. Reason: In the interests of ensuring that no damage is caused to the part of the building which is to be retained.
