Description

Discharge of condition 2 of LA08/2022/0892/RM: Prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted details of how any out of sewer flooding, emanating from the surface water drainage network will be safely managed shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council and thereafter implemented. Reason: In order to safeguard against surface water flood risk to the development and manage and mitigate any increase in surface water flood risk from the development to elsewhere.
