Alterations to Semi-Detached House Types C - H1 at site nos. 29, 30, 44, 45, 51, 52, 69, 70, 74, 75, 92, 93, 96, 97, 98, 99, 109 and 110 consisting of the following alterations: a) Alterations to House Type H1 to include: i. increase of floor area from 135 sqm to 148 sqm, accommodating new layout on the ground floor, relocation of W.C. and provision of a new store; and new layout to first floor, relocation of the bathroom, linen closet and master bedroom with ensuite, and provision of an additional bedroom; ii. increase in ridge height of 100 mm; iii. alteration to first floor central window of front elevation to reduce from 1.2 sqm to 1 sqm, with provision of obscure glazing; iv. alteration to first floor right-hand side (left-hand side to House Type H1 (Handed) window with provision of obscure glazing; v. replacement of flat roof to ground floor bay window with shallow pitched anthracite grey GRP roof; vi. provision of 6 no. roof-mounted photovoltaic panels; and vii. confirmation of render finish of the front projection and bay projection of the brick option of house type. b) Alterations to House Type C to include: i. alteration to internal layout ii. increase in ridge height of 100 mm iii. alteration to first floor central window of side elevation to increase from 0.7 sqm to 1 sqm, with provision of obscure glazing; and iv. alteration to first floor window over front entrance, with provision of obscure glazing.
