Description

Discharge of Condition No. 11 of LA08/2019/0481/F. Condition No. 11 states: "The development shaft not commence until a programme of archaeological work prepared by a qualified archaeologist has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council and thereafter implemented. The programme shall provide for the identification and evaluation of archaeological remains within the site, for mitigation of the impacts of development, through excavation recording or by preservation of remains, and for preparation of an archaeological report."
