Section 54 application to amend Condition No. 21 of approved Application No: LA08/2023/2036/F (extension to retail unit, relocation of hot food unit and pedestrian link to Ardery's Lane) to allow for the sale of alcoholic beverages as outlined below: The floorspace comprised of the enlarged development shall not exceed 628 sqm net retail floorspace and shall only be used for the retail sale and ancillary storage of the items listed hereunder and for no other purpose, including any other purpose in Class A1 of the Schedule of the Planning (Use Classes) Order (NI) 2015: (i) Food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages; (ii) Tobacco, newspapers, magazines, confectionery; (iii) Stationery and paper; (iv) Toilet requisites and cosmetics; (v) Household cleaning materials; and (vi) Other retail good as may be determined in writing by the Council as generally falling within the category of 'convenience goods' or a generally being appropriate to the trading in these premises.
