To be amended to “The dwellings at sites 54-58 shall not be occupied until the play area equipment and open space areas as shown on the Landscape Plan Rev D - approved under LA08/2021/1467/F, has been laid out in accordance with this plan and then shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than as play area equipment and open space”.
