Description
A Section 54 application to amend Condition No. 11 of planning approval LA08/2021/0148/F (Erection of 92 dwellings). Condition No 11 states: "Prior to occupation of dwellings Nos. 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138, and 139, a 1.8m high, solid wall shall be erected along the boundary of the site as indicated on Drawing No. 04A, date stamped 22nd July 2021. The wall shall be maintained and retained in perpetuity." To be amended to: "Prior to the occupation of dwelling Nos. 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138 and 139, a 1.8m high solid wall shall be erected along the boundaries of the dwelling on site No.129 and shall be erected on site No.130 as indicated in green on Drawing No. 02B and a 1.8m high acoustic closed boarded fence shall be erected along the boundary of site Nos. 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138 and 139 as indicated in blue on Drawing No. 02B. The walls and acoustic fencing shall be erected in accordance with the details provided on Drawing No. 03 and shall thereafter be maintained and retained in perpetuity." (amended description).
