Non-Material Changes Sought (to application LA08/2022/0180/F): 1.Clipped Eaves: The soffit which was indicated on the previous drawings has been removed; a black aluminium trim has been indicated to the verges, consistent with neighbouring development. 2. Fence: The fence to the rear gardens of the houses along the north-eastern boundary has been set 1m in from the site boundary, in accordance with Secured by Design requirements. 3. Fence to rear garden (House Type A3): The fence to House Type A3 has been moved outwards to align with the path, providing additional garden space. 4. Rear doors: These are to be PVC glazed. 5. Front doors: These are to be composite, double-glazed doors in a uPVC frame. 6. Chimneys: These have been removed from the elevations.
