Description

Discharge of Condition No.5 of planning approval LA08/2023/2468/F which states: A final Construction Environment Management Plan (CEMP) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council prior to the commencement of any works hereby approved, and shall be implemented in accordance with the timescale and details set out therein. This shall include all the mitigation and avoidance measures to be employed as outlined in the Outline Construction Environment Management Plan (OCEMP) dated June 2020 submitted under planning application LA08/2020/0003/O. It shall also incorporate a Construction Method Statement (CMS) and detailed drawings for the instream works required to connect the proposed development's stormwater drainage system to the watercourses. The CMS for instream works should identify the perceived risks to the aquatic environment and potential pollution pathways, and provide details of mitigation measures to be undertaken to minimise the risks to the aquatic environment. Reason: To ensure effective avoidance and mitigation measures for the protection of the environment.
