Description

Proposed discharge of Condition 16 on Planning approval LA08/2018/0844/F. Condition 16 states - A letter from DFI Rivers giving consent to discharge under Schedule 6 of the Drainage Order Northern Ireland 1973 for the measures as detailed with the Drainage Assessment as per the requirements of Policy FLD 3 of PPS 15 Planning and Flood Risk and a plan illustrating a minimum of 5m working strip at the watercourses to be retained to facilitate future maintenance by Rivers Agency, other statutory undertaker or the riparian landowners shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council prior to the commencement of any works on site and any mitigation measures contained therein shall be implemented prior to the occupation of the development.
