Discharge of condition No. 11 of planning approval LA08/2021/0168/F which states: Before the commencement of any works, a Final Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) shall be submitted to and approved in written by Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council. Reason: To ensure that the appointed contractor is aware of and implements the appropriate environmental mitigation during construction phase that will protect hydrologically connected features of European Sites at Lough Neagh.
